Licensed to practice law in Texas since 1983 and in Florida since 1988, Mark is an experienced civil and appellate litigation specialist. He is a gifted trial lawyer and litigator with exceptional knowledge of procedure and strategy and a proven track record of success.

Aside from a devotion to the law, Mr. Weitz has been widely published in American legal/constitutional history and military history with a special emphasis on the American Civil War and has held teaching positions at several universities.

A graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, Kristi has been licensed to practice law in Texas since 2005.

She has published in the field of American literature as well as on U.S./Mexican immigration issues. And, she currently serves on the board of directors and provides legal counsel to a local non-profit assisting individuals with intellectual disabilities.
